PUBLISHED KNOWLEDGE

What is the person you support trying to achieve?

Use Prime Arch to understand, describe and review a business. Start with the person's question and choose the support you need — from a definition to a coherent body of knowledge.

Find the right perspective, understand the relationships and explain them to the person you are helping. Explore published JSON views and their human-readable descriptions where available.

These are guided ways of working with published knowledge. Your agent performs the analysis; Prime Arch provides definitions, relationships, views and examples. No automated analysis or validation service is invoked here.

Knowledge resources: published views

Start with the question

Example: “Which parts of our technology environment should we describe to understand what the order system depends on?”

  1. Compare the questions below and choose a relevant view type.
  2. Read the HTML or JSON: use global IDs, definitions and explicit relationships. Preserve stated conditions and scope.
  3. Explain the result and link to the human page when available. Say when the source does not support an answer.

Read the reference directly

HTML presents the same published reference as JSON for every view in the catalog. These public views do not require a Prime sign-in.

If your web tool cannot open the reference, use your agent’s browser tool if available. Open the HTML link and read the page content directly. The first nine HTML views (PFB/PFM/AFB/AFM) have been read and verified in the built-in browser in Codex.

If Codex uses cached web search, new pages may be absent from the search index. Use the browser tool for direct reading, or configure live web search where your organization’s policies allow it. OpenAI: web search settings.

English names and questions are bound to the same view identities as the Swedish sources. Process translations are editorial translations by the publisher; the other translations come from the OW handoff. Translation provenance is included in the JSON catalog. Linked human pages are in Swedish.
